FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! What can I say.. WIMO went above and beyond to help with my antenna repair. From the first email to Wolfgang, (By the way who is THE most helpful person I've ever come across when receiving support from a business- WIMO are very fortunate to have valuable staff like this - He talked me through some testing procedures I carried out and was very patient) to the repaired antenna motor and controller being shipped back to me, all I have is good praise and kind words to say about the guys at WIMO. The turnaround time from sending the motor and controller to WIMO, the repairs taking place and the return shipping timescale was incredible. The repair cost was extremely good and my antenna parts are working as if they are brand new again when I feared the worst ! This is why I will always buy from WIMO and talk highly of them as a company. Great service by a great company ! THANKS :-)
