I had my power amplifier repaired because of a hum when it was cold with the note that I had already noticed a defective component. After more than 2 weeks it was said that no service documents were available for the device and therefore no repair is possible. When asked if they could not replace the defective component at my expense at my request, this was denied and the power amplifier was returned to me unchanged after a total of almost 5 weeks.
