I suspect that many of the goods offered there are actually not available and the shop operator decides whether a sale is profitable or not. He also formulates this in the general terms and conditions: he can refuse a purchase for reasons of market economy or other interests. This is exactly how it happened to me after I officially bought there and paid via PayPal. The next morning an email came in which the purchase was canceled. I'm still waiting for the money and an apology. Opaque and untrustworthy. Addendum to response from owner: fact assessment? Strangely enough, he sent me a private email, went into my purchase and "asked" me to delete the review, including the threat of legal consequences. Addendum 2: The money has now been paid back. Still very annoying, it was about 1200 euros, which I would not have paid if I had known the dilemma about this shop beforehand.
