Not Recommended - Incompetant customer service We moved into a house in which a kitchen was installed by this Firm. The list of defects is long: 1. The fridge was badly installed, the doors couldn't close and the sealing was defective 2. The countertop is extremely sensitive to scratches etc. - even a normal cardboard box scratched it 3. They forgot to assemble certain parts (were simply placed but not screwed) which naturally, fell apart 4. The electric devices (stove, oven) were defective, the replacement was defective, we still have stand-in devices 5. the oven is not installed, just placed in the cabinet, when we open the door the oven comes out 6. The stove is not installed, just placed in the hole in the countertop, it moves around when we clean and liquids enter under it We have been calling the company every other day, every time is some story - the employee is sick, she is on vacation, 'I have no idea', 'we won't talk to you', call us tomorrow, next week, after October and so on and so on. Do yourself a favor, read the reviews, and just go somewhere else. These guys are unprofessional and unreliable.

We ordered a kitchen at the end of 2020 and were instructed to pay around 75% of the total price. Since the price was ultimately surprisingly high, significantly higher than was suggested to us at the beginning before the first partial payment, I felt a bit "ripped off". But I thought if the service and quality is right ... Since I think I can assume that the delivery date will be postponed to the end of January, I wanted to ask by phone if there was any information. Unfortunately, however, it is the case that no one has been available at Strohmeier Gilb for weeks. In addition, it would also be customer-friendly and appreciative if the kitchen studio would at least inform its customers about dates and postponements! I am definitely not the only one who has to dispose of the old kitchen and do various renovations and who don't want to use the pizza service for an unnecessarily long time. At the moment I am very dissatisfied with the service and the customer-unfriendly behavior. I will report on further experiences here and in other forums.

The furniture store probably no longer needs to deliver ordered and paid goods to their customers. Goods were ordered 3 months ago. As if that wasn't enough, they just don't answer the phone. I've been trying to reach the furniture store for two weeks. Always just queuing and then you're thrown out of the line. HELLO???

Stay away from the store. Built-in kitchen and nothing is right! Complaint processing horrible! Addendum complaint is still running!
