Bülles Wohnforum was recommended to us. Good advice, great offers and very nice employees. We bought an exhibition kitchen from Siematic. Unfortunately, not everything went very smoothly during the process. But we are still discussing whether the fault is not mainly with the manufacturer Siematic. Everything difficult right now. Therefore not a full score.

We recommend. From the first contact to delivery, everything went smoothly and to our complete satisfaction. We bought an individually configured USM lowboard and a cloakroom. We actually had relatively fixed ideas about the lowboard, because we thought we were very familiar with USM. But what we e.g. What was not yet known was that the cover plates are also available in lacquered glass, which creates a completely different look and makes the surface much less sensitive to scratches. Many thanks to Ms. Strauch for the excellent advice! In our case, the furniture was delivered even earlier than expected. We are just as enthusiastic about the supplier - punctual, tidy, very friendly and know how to handle such high-quality furniture. We have already experienced completely different things. We bought a kitchen worth € 26,000 there 3.5 years ago. Already during construction there were various problems (wrong fronts, missing drawers ... etc.) so that we were only finished 6 months after the start of construction. Nevertheless, we were thrilled at the time because we found the product to be very good. Now after 3.5 years and the expiry of the regular guarantee, the hob (€ 3,500) and the boiling water tap for € 1,500 are defective for the second time. It was only by accident that I learned that a (free!) Guarantee extension to 5 years would have been possible, but we were not made aware of it. As an end customer, I could not have applied for it, because I need the (installed and invisible) serial numbers. Today I kindly asked whether it would not be possible for Bülles to ask the manufacturer again as a dealer. The answer: no, you have to call yourself. When I remarked that the guarantee could have told us, it was succinctly said: the customer has to take care of it himself. How come? disassemble the kitchen because of the serial numbers ??? It is clear to me that the dealer can not do anything for Monday devices, but in the price range you simply expect service or support or at least friendly help. I would never buy a kitchen there again - the service is really underground and you can get good products elsewhere. It's a shame if you as a customer are only courted when you haven't paid yet.
