You can tell how much she loves her work and how passionately she does it. Have a look, you will find everything from little things to special jewelry. Ms. Kohn is willing to listen and really takes the time to give advice. Of course, the phone rings from time to time or there are other customers, but she always asked us if we wanted to look further alone for a moment, she would be back in a minute. We didn't find it disturbing, because we also had the opportunity to consult with one another. She accepts the wishes of the customers and tries to find the right one for you. We made an extra appointment where we pointed out in advance that we would have a longer journey and would not be willing to spend 2000 euros per ring. On the phone we were told that it wasn't a problem, they also had cheap rings on offer. So we were there today because we thought that in Corona times it would be nice to support the small shops on site instead of ordering everything online. Unfortunately, the appointment, which lasted just 20 minutes, was more than disappointing. In this short time, we were not only left sitting several times for a ringing phone or other customers, the saleswoman also made other phone calls in between. After all, this is about 1000 to 2000 euros that you pay. I expect more service there. There was also no interest in giving us information or ideas on how to use more stones for the cheaper rings. Really disappointing and from our point of view not recommended at all.

Lovable goldsmith who masters her craft 100%. We had Verena Kohn forge our wedding rings. What shall we say The rings are fantastically beautiful, absolutely unique and well made. Even at the wedding ring consultation, she scores with honesty and openness. The budget is never left out of sight and numerous design options are shown. With her warmth and professionalism, she convinced us right from the start. We liked the self-forged rings and so we decided on one of these ring pairs. Verena Kohn's craftsmanship could also be felt when determining the size. With a sure instinct and know-how, she accurately determined our sizes. In addition, she can design the sizes more individually than the large retail chains and "special intermediate sizes" themselves. After the short "material training" it was clear to us: our rings will have the color "apricot". For this, gold is mixed with a little copper, so that a warm color is created. There is no such thing off the shelf, again a huge plus! Since we had agreed on an evening appointment, we had Verena Kohn's full attention the whole time and could choose our rings in peace. Before the rings were picked up, the anticipation was huge! We were warmly welcomed with a champagne bottle and our ring case and could immediately try on OUR rings. Ideally, we would have kept it on :-) At this point we would like to compliment you, dear Verena: the rings are fantastically beautiful, just as we imagined them to be. They embody us 100% and we are really looking forward to the moment when we will wear them every day! Thank you for forging these rings for us! After 25 years we have incorporated the old wedding rings into the new ones. The advice and the result were excellent! We'll be back in 25 years, at the latest :-)
