I now only use the Packstation for parcels and parcels. That saves me the eternal queue. But recently I needed a postage stamp. Unfortunately, because of that, I stood in line for 10 minutes, which went back to the outside. You can come whenever you want, there is always a queue with long waiting times. Sure, Swiss Post dictates how big the counter and how many employees. But in my opinion the requirements of the Post are not appropriate for a place the size of Rülzheim. Rülzheim now has a huge industrial park with internationally active companies, we have 4 kindergartens and a post office with over 8000 residents with a counter in the corner of a hardware store. If only there was a stamp machine. In Rülzheim a branch size like Germersheim or Landau would be appropriate! Service desert Germany! Reduce everything down to minimalistic and then leave it out completely!
