DHL Packstation 165

Finally there is a packing station in Rülzheim! I was already looking forward to not standing for 20 minutes with a mask on at the post office in the line that goes to the outside. I wanted to send a package. Unfortunately, the packing station's scanner didn't work, my QR code for the return label was not recognized and I had to enter everything manually. After I finally managed to print the label, the scanner didn't recognize Es Labes' barcode. So enter everything manually again. In the end, only the size M compartment was available, which was unfortunately too small. The "compartment too small" function on the display provided the answer: "no other compartment available". The station has only been in operation for a few days, hardly known and should all compartments be full? In the end I had to stand in line at the post office for a quarter of an hour wearing a mask. The line went back to the outside door! Service desert Germany !! I still remember the golden days when the post office had 2 counters. Today: in the smallest corner at the back of a hardware store or magazine shop or something similar! Service desert Germany! Update Sept. 20 the station works now. Unfortunately, I still had the 2nd negative experience with this packing station: In order not to have to stand in line at the branch, I had delivered a package to the packing station. Then it has a full THREE DAYS !! Took it until the package was picked up there. Incomprehensible ! Someone is sleeping here and needs to be brought out of their slumber.
