Super good service .... the whole team is highly motivated ... and there is everything at the last minute to find a vacation with wheelchair accessible accommodation ... which was not easy ... been very very satisfied several times 👍👏

First long-haul trip booked. More than poor advice and a lot of information was not given at all. When they were asked about this, they unfortunately showed no understanding at all and reacted very unfriendly to us. Unfortunately, the customer is no longer “king” here - what a shame! Definitely won't book there anymore!
