Geriatric ward G3 (08/13/2020 - 09/11/2020) femoral neck fracture Doctors: nothing to complain about, good care - 4 stars! Care / room: unreasonable - no star - Only showered twice within 59 days of stay (the 2nd time on the day of discharge) - and often at over 30 degrees - Washing on the weekend: maybe the sick leg, nothing more - Patients should ask the next shift whether the bandage needs to be changed etc. (the current shift would not know and would not have time anyway) - Patients who obviously have dementia suddenly stand in my mother's room and want to lie down on a non-existent couch (why do patients with dementia walk around alone?) - Bathroom: not handicapped accessible (room number 137). Only 1 handle vertically on the wall; Towel hooks so low that the towels hang on the floor (I brought 2 new ones to glue); apart from storage space under the mirror (wheelchair users do not have access) there is no other available (toiletry bags are on the floor or on the garbage can in the walk-in shower) if you ring the doorbell to go to the toilet that is not handicapped accessible, nobody comes for ages; The bathroom is generally too tight - Wardrobe: clothes rail way too high if you are not allowed to get up; no trouser hangers available, but one should put together ready-made sets for the day before; hardly any shelves - Bedside table: it was not possible to provide my mother with a bedside table within 59 days, instead she had a refrigerator that was not connected (she couldn't open it with her hands alone and you couldn't put anything in there, otherwise everything would have smelled like a refrigerator ) - one picture shows a correct bedside table for the other patient in the room - Eat like this, sometimes like that (bread didn't work in the evening, sometimes unsalted pasta with overcooked vegetables at lunch) So that's where we won't send our mother anymore ...

I do not recommend visiting this hospital as the nurses / doctors etc. are very poor at doing their job. The cleanliness and order of this hospital is disastrous. On the whole, I wouldn't even think about visiting this outdated and dirty hospital.

I advise everyone to stay away from this hospital. Out of date and looks gloomy, chaotic conditions prevail, as the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Medication etc. Bandages fly around on the floor. Rehabilitation for older people is only about having breakfast together. Medication Sleeping pills are simply administered so that everyone has their peace of mind. Pfleger u. Doctors appear to be from the rental company.

Very bad dandruff. Patients are treated very badly. You go out there psychologically worse than you go in. If you get a cold there, you will not be helped and then your own medication will be poured into the toilet. That doesn't work at all

When I was there in the psychiatry, a few years ago, I was always treated kindly on my ward, but what I missed was that only a few conversations were offered, that would have to be changed, then I would give more stars, so enough only 3 stars!
