In the reviews here, trolls seem to be on the move. :-) In any case, I am very grateful to Ms. Zempel as an extremely competent, sensitive, understanding, and friendly lawyer. She seems (my private opinion) also to be highly regarded by the judge, her arguments left a clear impression, the opposing lawyer made her look completely old. You could also tell that she was absolutely top-notch, specialist attorney. In any case, it made sense for me to have a look at her website before choosing "my" lawyer. Because she had publications in trade magazines, for me quality meant that she had to have a clue. Not everyone can and cannot publish ... I know I sometimes put a lot of patience into it because as a client I had my own ideas about divorce. Maintenance and such .... But I had to learn a lot and she was ultimately right, as I could read in the judgment of the court. At this point I don't want to publish much about my divorce issue, but only so much: when it came to the property dispute, I benefited from her secondary training (?) With regard to a divisional auction, because she is also a judicial clerk. Because I always thought that lawyers would automatically do that. I had to be instructed otherwise. That benefited me very much :-) I don't know for sure, but I think she is the only one in Saarland who is a lawyer AND legal clerk. You should know. Unfortunately, an appointment sometimes had to be postponed due to illness, which was stupid, but ultimately didn't change anything. The assistant was also great on the phone! Always patient and very polite, sometimes despite my own impatience and under divorce stress I was annoyed. But the counter-lawyer had also postponed appointments, so you have to get used to it. Finally: I don't know how other lawyers handle it (you don't do gymnastics in court all the time), but I found it very nice that my children even had a playroom in the Zempel law firm. Wow! My conclusion: should I ever get divorced again (however, my needs would be covered now), I know that Ms. Zempel is in very good hands. I highly recommend everyone, you stupid trolls! :-)
