Good day, unfortunately yesterday I had a very unpleasant experience for me. On the recommendation of a friend and good customer of the goldsmith Hofacker, I went to the store to inquire about a watch. I have not yet asked the question because the seller has already nodded and said that the watch is not available. In the same breath, however, she also said that if a watch was available, her years of jewelry customers would be preferred. It is bad if you give the customer the feeling that you are not noticed because the regular customers always have priority. This way you won't win new customers. If a customer is no longer worth a customer who is willing to spend more than € 10,000 for a watch, that's a shame. Maybe you could have talked about a different watch, but unfortunately not that way. Unfortunately not recommended. Sincerely yours
