I cannot understand a single one of the various negative reviews. Mr Press in particular is a prime example of politeness - and friendliness. His technical and technical competence complete the picture. My purchase of a great Glashütte watch was certainly not the last. Thank you for the nice shopping experience.

Extremely friendly customer service at all times when it comes to repairs or even just refurbishing my watch, very good in customer loyalty.
Very unfriendly seller, probably the owner in the mid to late 50s, who did not respond to our questions and requests in any way.
Wouldn't like to give a star either. I wanted to give a watch that I also bought there for repair. The cost estimate was around 450 euros including replacement of the glass, which incidentally showed no scratch marks. I then picked up the watch again on the grounds that I would like to get a second estimate from another dealer. Then the (pampige) lady: "What didn't you like about ours?" ... Without words. I then had to shell out 30 euros for the rejected estimate. Supposedly because they had to open and clean the watch, but these operations did not appear on the invoice. This snooty people should be ashamed! I bought goods with a total value of approx. 3000 euros in this shop, but I will definitely never go there again.
