Wanted to exchange defective jewelry after 1 year with a receipt. I was told that Pandora no longer offers a repair service. I should have the repair done by the jeweler. Of course, at your own expense. Then the lady looked past me to the next customer. When asked that this really shouldn't be my problem, the seller told me that if she sent the jewelry in, I would never get it back (since the model is no longer produced). It's just my property! Ultimately, she said, annoyed, that I should just choose something else.
