Allegedly, there is a lifetime guarantee on the stones in the jewelry. I bought a chain 2 months ago, now two stones are missing. On demand, there was then the answer, lifetime warranty. But only if you have a customer account. Could prove the purchase based on the bank statement, as I paid with a card. Does not count, no customer account no replacement. What do you need a lifetime warranty, then it would not matter when and where you bought something.
