I've dealt with many tax offices in my life, but the speed of processing (you can't really speak of speed) is an unbelievable cheek. Since 2014 it has never been less than 6 months and various inquiries! As a free enterprise, this "office" would have been bankrupt long ago.

An impertinence. During office hours, the line is simply closed with an announcement - since all employees are in conversation. You should try again later. Then you get through and get put through to someone and the same game from the beginning. There is an invention from the last millennium: the waiting loop

I cannot agree with the previous speakers. With us everything worked out promptly within a maximum of 8 weeks, except that in a year the numbers got mixed up, which could be clarified with a simple email.

Unfortunately, you are quickly fed up. It is strongly dependent on the employee. E-mails are not answered, after a long wait a two-line is sent out, which says that the FA can not help.

Every month you pay your taxes as a small worker and after the compulsion and the threat to make a tax return, you can pay back properly. Thank you. Somehow your life has to be financed.
