Although it's the main vw group the service is terrible. For ex: the drivers window is squiking on the way up and down. The machanizem there needs to be oiled up. They wanted to change the hole door when I answered in astonished why then he softened his sproch and said well we just need to change the entire window and frame so it will be simple to just change the entire door.
2 ex: ABS sensor failure they wanted to change the entire section holding the wheel in any case they did not manage to solve the problem.
Service was slow and ok gut a quote for fixing the car as high as the cost of the car.
When I came to pay the bill was not ready and they had problems finding it so just going I. To pay took 1.5 hours.
There is no connection btw the office and the mechanic personal so the office doesn't know what happens in the garage and visa versa.
Grate service i like

It was really busy, I'm happy for the company. My problem was out of date navigation software on my built-in VW radio. From the reception to the service everything was nice and hard-working. The young man from the service team explained everything to me perfectly and was very friendly. In the end, as always, it's the money. VW can pay for an Apple Car Play license like a king.
