We have been a trusted partner for 15 years: It started with an "I know what it is" on our first visit and a problem that another large factory workshop chain even after 3 attempts with the - of course completely pointless and chargeable - exchange of components could not solve. The spare part for the Astra F was unfortunately not available, is also no longer available. But they made a lot of effort and after a lot of searching and phone calls they were able to tell me where I can get another part !! That's what I call customer service.
