We were passing through when suddenly an engine warning light came on. Searched for the address of the dealership on google and went straight to it. We closed just before lunch. After reading out the error, an exhaust pressure sensor was identified as the culprit. After 45 minutes the part was changed and we started again. Despite our lunch break, we were helped immediately. Friendly, quick and competent. Top!

Incredibly bad experience: We ended up on the A1 level with Bad Oldesloe with our 9-year-old Mazda 3 and the really friendly man from ADAC took us to the nearest Mazda workshop. A completely unmotivated lady told me why you don't want to work on our car at all: There was everything from "No master in the house" to "We still need to build trailer hitches on new vehicles" to "You are not a customer of ours" . I then explained to the woman again that our car was no longer going and that we needed help. After a long back and forth we were accepted. But our car was not repaired. After we were told several times how problematic all of this was and that we had no time at all, we got a call the following week: You cannot read out the fault memory (Mazda authorized workshop !!! ???), our car was closed old (9 years), for cost reasons one would no longer have the reading devices for such old cars in the workshop. We were not offered any solution, no option, no help. End of the story, we picked up the car again and dragged it to a free workshop in Lübeck. Fortunately we live nearby and were able to organize everything, but what do people who e.g. Get stuck in your Mazda on vacation? And with all the objectivity that I'm trying to keep right now: My judgment in two words "customer-unfriendly dirty shop". Never again!

Just read Mr. Lulies (automotive mechatronics technician at Witthöft) on Facebook. Then it quickly becomes clear that I won't bring my car there. Because the opinions and experiences of a customer do not interest this guy. For him, the car is never the problem. Always the driver. Ergo my car is totally in the wrong hands. Of course, it makes a very good public image and advertisement for this company. Update; Dear Ms. Witthöft, It is probably more questionable that an employee of your car dealership makes such derogatory comments in the public networks about potential customers, who probably contribute significantly to his livelihood. Furthermore, at least 2 masters known to me from other Mazda workshops are stamped as (O-Ton) "incompetent". So please let me know that I would rather leave my car in more trustworthy hands than those of your staff. Or would you buy another piece of bread from a baker who would have labeled you obese beforehand? I don't think so. Yours sincerely Patrick Miller

Absolutely great. Seldom felt so comfortable in a car dealership. We really liked the advice. I would be happy to recommend you.
