Hello, I found the company Autoservice Kuhlke actually quite competent and friendly. As part of another repair, I gave the company the order to change the defective daytime running lights on the driver's side of my Opel Astra-J. When picking me the car master explained that they unfortunately had to dismantle the bumper to change the daytime running lights?!? Through this "extra effort" cost me the change of light about 60 € ..... - without words! I would not even have paid the Opel customer service. Unfortunately, I was NOT asked by phone beforehand, if I am willing to accept this extra effort. I found in the Opel maintenance manual / online forums no evidence that is required for a change of the daytime running light to dismantle the bumper ... The actual repair of my car, was carried out as usual reasonable and settled. => Therefore still 2.5 stars
