Friendly staff, excellent pick-up and delivery service (collection / delivery of my car + rental car) and professional work. The rental car was also first class. Very bad customer service yes I would say disgustingly arrogant behavior. After I got a completely overpriced offer for repairs and inspections on the first try, I took the car to atu where I was perfectly treated and received. Also at the 2nd chance recently I picked up my car again and left it to another very customer-oriented and price-performance ratio adjusted workshop. I can only advise anyone to bring their car to this workshop. Extremely poor customer service.
