I am more than excited. I needed a present for my wife at short notice. Unfortunately, what I wanted was not in stock. "No problem" it said and two days later the call came. "Everything is there, come over". Very nicely packaged as a gift. I thank you and keep it up. You saved me :-)

Very good advice, gave back a fragrance (unused). the lady told me she couldn't give back the money I paid with the card. Which I really dislike. And I myself cannot do anything with the credit that I have received.

Got a fragrance for my birthday (which I didn't like at all) so I wanted to exchange it for another fragrance and then the mega unfriendly lady says that that is not possible because I tried it once? Hello how do you want to win customers when you are like that? Incredibly everywhere else it is possible. In any case, they lost me as a customer! Not recommended 😡

Unfortunately, really unbelievably bad advice, or actually no advice at all! No product knowledge of Biotherm! No question could be answered, as a customer you have to read through the information yourself, because the consultant is not ready and cannot and does not want to help you. Just stand by and say: I don't know! When I entered the shop I had to wait a moment for the employee to finish her private conversation with her friend. It's a shame, but you are much better advised when buying on the Internet!
