Even as a private patient, I have to say that one has to be surprised. The ladies at the front desk are free to joke. If you need a referral to the CT because of a multiple broken foot, you will be asked if you can "get it out" instead of simply sending it. Mr. Pede is short and speaks much too quickly to me, inquiries are perceived as rather unpleasant. Technically, he is not particularly well positioned, as it turned out at the UKSH, instead he likes to press around on torn ligaments and dented bones, but unfortunately the purpose is not apparent. I have to say, he did not significantly advance my healing process and should have made certain treatment decisions earlier. One can only advise patients to do their own research and to listen to more than one or two opinions, otherwise one is quickly betrayed and sold by orthopedists.

This is a money-hungry man .. and to put it mildly. Without private insurance you won't get in at all or you will be passed on directly to the family doctor. He just looks at his wallet. Even 1 star is too much.

Difficult to reach by phone. Waiting time with an appointment, sometimes short, sometimes long. Employees are all very friendly. Time in the treatment room could be a little longer. Although I am not a pain patient, I still feel that the actual examination and the conversation with the doctor is kept very short. For me, however, ok, since I have no need to talk.
