It is always interesting, a hard of hearing person can not make calls and still have an appointment. Where I will be very busy and still can't get any feedback info. Now I can not know when I had the last appointment, I have to follow the ENT regularly. So that my ears are not susceptible to inflammation! So for something like that, I was just about to change, no information and not even call that I had an appointment .. Otherwise it always did.
