No long waiting time. The problem with my squint eye was recognized immediately and I was referred straight to the specialist for the next appointment. The doctor is friendly and takes his time even with a normal check-up :)

Never seen anything so unfriendly. Both at the reception and the doctor himself. Particularly noteworthy is that the doctor's assistant at the front desk just feels like teasing you and wants to get rid of it immediately. Thank goodness you don't have to rely on such a dirty shop

Medical assistants are very unfriendly! You are not informed about the costs involved and there is a negative atmosphere in practice. Never come back ...

Very competent and friendly doctor I have been going to for 8 years. Short waiting time and pleasant atmosphere. A very friendly doctor's assistant and even if the other one is usually a bit grumpy, you are always treated well. The doctor takes his time and exudes an incredible calm. And it is the first medical practice in which I experience no significant difference or change in treatment, first as a statutory insured and now privately insured. Highly recommended!

Appointment within a week. Reception very nice and helpful. Doctor took a lot of time and advised extensively and without medical Chinese. No complaint.
