Two hours of waiting time with an appointment. Incomprehensible. The statement that my wife doesn't speak German and doesn't understand anything. What a presumption. Why doesn't anyone here speak English? And all of that as a new patient, before you see the doctor .....

One star for the nice employees. But this doctor is completely wrong, I gained 30kg during a hospital stay and the only thing she can think of is to chop on my weight for 40min and say what to eat or drink. And the blast was that she then asked if it would not bother my life partner that I had become so fat. Hey, something is so wrong. What does she say to the expectant mothers who are going to take through pregnancy? How to me, do you eat more cucumbers? Never again! She even knows that the weight gain is drug-related.

If I could I would give 0 stars. Already on the phone very unfriendly although I only need a prescription because my gynecologist is on vacation. On arrival, I have described my request and again and again was called and I was left. Unnecessary questions were asked me how do they smoke and if so how many. I had to wait 40 minutes so never again. !!!!

At the age of 14 I was the first time to see Ruppert Neckel left and still with her to this day (now I'm 27). I even go from Hamburg to Bad Oldesloe every time. I can only recommend the practice. They are all super nice and Dr. Ruppert Neckel knows 100% what she does. Top gynecologist. The only deduction would be that you usually wait 1 hour despite the appointment, but yes, it takes a lot of time for each one. That's why I like to wait.
