I can only recommend, absolutely thorough investigation, I am very pleased. A minor operation had to be made that was not rescheduled as is often done with other doctor visits. Despite the appointment, there was a little waiting time.

First I had to wait 9 weeks for an appointment and then I was once again able to experience this impossible practice management on site. It is probably Ms. B., not only that this lady constantly interrupts, she is also extremely unfriendly and urgently needs a practice management training course perceive. Although I had an appointment, I had to wait another two hours. My impression was that private patients get there much faster. The assistant doctor was definitely not worth waiting two hours! I will never do this practice again to enter. It is time for Bad Oldesloe to get another dermatologist. !!!!! Hello, I urgently had to go to the dermatologist, normally I go somewhere else because I now work in Bad Oldesloe I wanted to see Dr. Go to Bielfeld. Based on the reviews I was unsure whether it was the right one with regard to the negative reviews. But I was taught a lesson. Called yesterday if I can come and I was told in a friendly manner, best tomorrow (today) from 7:30 a.m. with waiting time. Because of that, I was on the mat today at 7:30 a.m. Because I didn't have an appointment, everything went very quickly. At the bar I quickly got to the waiting room. Waiting time was not even 8 minutes despite other patients who also had an appointment. There were 5 patients present this morning including myself. Competent team and detailed investigation. Gladly again. therefore practice Dr. Bielfeld five points / stars

Always friendly despite the enormous amount of activity. Waiting times bearable. I have the feeling that I am being treated competently and in detail here.

abnormal here the waiting time here is catastrophic although you come in with an appointment, the staff has to be friendlier.
