To be honest, I don't know where to start. The Rossmann branch in Bad Oldesloe has about the most unfriendly and inexperienced employees. I have not had positive experiences with a single employee. My visit to the branch a few weeks ago finally caused the barrel to overflow. To this day I am shocked how the individual customers are dealt with there. The trigger for our discussion with the cashier was an offer in the app, first she wanted to take advantage of the offer and then she acted as if we had no right. She got cheeky and said that she is not obliged to take a closer look at the coupons in the app. (I also worked in retail and of course she has to know the offers and possibilities of the branch !!!!) So far so good, we got into a more and more intense and louder discussion, so I wanted to speak to her manager. Now comes what shocked me the most !!!! The so-called branch manager was next to us all the time and didn't mention it in one word, apart from this fact, she didn't even try to find a solution. When I was told that she was the superior, I asked her to say something about the matter and to find a solution. At first she said: "Yes, I can't speak." Then I said: "Okay, then say something about it." Then she said Original: "No, it's all too stupid for me here." Yes, that's exactly what a branch manager at the Rossmann branch in Bad Oldesloe said. It has been damaging me for several weeks and I have seen at least ten other people hear that they find the staff there just as unfriendly. I hope something will change there in the near future. In Bad Oldesloe my first choice will always be DM anyway, because there the customer is really king and the 10% coupon can be redeemed there and on top of that I can even collect Payback points. Very listless staff. Bad shopping atmosphere!

I was at the entrance recently and the alarm system beeped, then the unfriendly and cheeky employee with the gray hair came to me from the cash register and claimed I had stolen, she just saw me come in and wanted to search my bags , Then I showed her my car key and I explained that I often have the alarm systems beeping because the key sends signals to the alarm system. So I left the shop and went to DM to do my shopping there. The employees here at Rossmann are all stressed out and always in a bad mood. They never greet customers and are always cheeky and uninterested in customers. Besides, the answers from them are always somewhere in the store when you ask something. As a customer here at Rossmann in Bad Oldesloe, you feel very, very badly treated and are still called a thief. It's about time the staff changed here. The old ladies are all ready for retirement, they are not in the mood to be customer-friendly and work anyway. Never again Rossmann. Earned zero stars.
