All very well, all the staff very nice, except a woman who works as a cashier. She is old and a bit overweight and has blond hair. She does not like foreigners so much I guess. I went shopping there with mom and my mom wears a headscarf. We bought a boss perfume, first she did not even say hello that was not so important to me either. I showed her my 10% discount from the Rossmann app, she also scanned it and looked very rude. Thought to pay the scent of their taxes, even though my parents both work! When it was all over, I went to the exit with my mother and asked my mother for a receipt and she did not have it. Because the cashier did not ask for it and did not even say it. I went back and asked, but then she said "I asked you, they said no!" Very loud and unfriendly lady!

Rude to sluggish. An old lady in front of me was smirked because she did not find the box to sign on the EC voucher. I pointed out in an article that an offer is excellent. Answer: "Well," I went without buying something. Clear recommendation: Budni

Unfortunately, the receipts are not quite correct. For me, this has now happened 3 times. Unfortunately, in this branch you have to get used to checking the receipts at the cash register, otherwise you can pick up a "bad luck" from the cashiers.

Friendliness of the staff "ok". Unfortunately, the shop is very small. It is not as much offered as in the branch in Bad Oldesloe or Trittau. For example, there is no Lorèal and Catrice costume brand. Bebivita lacks the "HaPre Beginning Milk" product from the baby food range. You would then have to drive over to Budni or Famila to get the product you want for twice the price. Just a shame.
