In my case it would have been better not to trust the employee's statement. The task was to look at what was defective in order to get a cost estimate. Instead, it was repaired directly. When the device was picked up, a price was then quoted which ultimately did not match the invoice sent.

We didn't need any advice this time, because we had already looked out for a certain washing machine based on our own research. This was also ordered quickly. Other dealers would probably rather sell us their inventory. After almost a week the machine was there and a short assembly date was made. The collection of the old machine and assembly of the new one went cleanly, reliably and smoothly. We would buy here again at any time.

We contacted Timm Elektro to repair our dishwasher. A short-term appointment was made by phone, the technician came on time. It was diagnosed that the transmitter housing on the water pocket is defective and has been replaced. That finished the job for the technician. Unfortunately, the encoder housing was not broken at all, rather the water pocket was dirty. A technician shouldn't overlook this! We were also amazed that the technician measured the niche for the machine in the kitchen at the first appointment. After we contacted Timm Elektro again, we were offered a new machine. We were supposed to pay € 800 for a new machine that could be ordered online for as little as € 440. To make matters worse, during our research we found that the machine on offer would not fit into the niche. Our conclusion: Here an unnecessary repair was carried out first to make the customer know that a repair does not make economic sense and then to sell him an overpriced machine. It's not fair. We do not recommend Elektro Timm and will give it a wide berth in the future.
