So I really have to say that everything went really well. The craftsmen came on the same day and found the defect within fifteen minutes. Very friendly and competent. I could go back to work straight away.

Unfriendly when asked about the invoice, as it is opaque. The good performance of the employee on site is destroyed.

We bought a kitchen. The customer service was exemplary at all times, from the direct, friendly initial contact to the final acceptance and instruction in the electrical appliances. Unfortunately we had various problems with the kitchen, which were only caused by the kitchen manufacturer - not by the Timm company! Despite all the imponderables, we always felt that we were taken seriously, valued and always well informed. Answers, information and explanations were always given very quickly, in a friendly, technically correct and really personable manner. The fitters are also very friendly, nice and, above all, professionally competent. Absolute recommendation, anyone who values ​​personal contact and professional competence, a permanent and reliable contact person who keeps his word, is definitely right here!

We bought our kitchen here and are glad that we found this company. The advice was very good and all requests were taken into account. Specializing in three supplier companies and with our own permanent staff for assembly, it runs very competently. We did have a few glitches. (but not where), but almost all of them were not committed by Timm. Nevertheless, the Timm company took great care of everything to our complete satisfaction through the entire coordination. Our consultant was always there for us and was committed. In the end we had our dream kitchen at an absolutely fair price. We felt in good hands here and would buy here again.

The staff seem to be competent.But beware rip-off! Getting an appointment on the same day is quite gratifying at first. The bill with 99 € emergency tariff to calculate not !!! There was no emergency.
