Unfortunately, not many electricians are familiar with the topic of e-mobility. Jenny has gained a good head start with a lot of knowledge and experience. In my opinion, this is used. Conclusion: good execution, customer orientation / communication mediocre and not solution-oriented, price very expensive. If you can, you should hire a cheaper electrician.

Unfortunately not customer and goal-oriented. My impression: the focus is on maximizing your own profit, even if the interests of the customer fall by the wayside. Example: The order to install a solar socket to connect a commercially available, plug-in photovoltaic system was rejected. Reason: You don't know the electrical installation in the house (!). Mind you, Jenny AG is a specialist electrical company, installing an additional socket in an existing network shouldn't actually be a challenge - if you want to and don't just want to sell your own systems.

As a Senec certified installer, Jenny AG is not recommended! Unprofessional, service and customer unfriendly behavior / communication in dealing with Senec - Memory / Affairs
