Only when it cannot be avoided do I go to this hospital! The hours of waiting with unfriendly (probably overworked) doctors has already been described. The catering for inpatient stays is a disaster, the nursing staff sometimes try harder but too often less ... As alternatives I can only recommend the hospital in Großhansdorf and Bad Segeberg as well as the UKSH Lübeck!

My mom was in the emergency room over the weekend. The doctor examined her briefly and said everything is fine. We were really scared and it wasn't taken seriously. She continued to have pain and discomfort for the rest of the weekend. On Monday we went to the doctor together and he found something and treated it immediately, including medication and follow-up appointments. I don't think I have to say more than that.

Unfortunately, we can also say little positive about the clinic. After his operation, my partner had to literally beg for a painkiller. In addition, the staff caused him unnecessary pain in the operating theater due to an act of defiance, whereupon the nurse said cheekily: Oh, I'm sorry now. Treating patients with respect and taking patients seriously is something that was taken very seriously in my own training as a nurse.

No positive experience at all. My significant other has already been sent away from reception. After he went to his family doctor with pain, he said he had to go to the hospital urgently because of a severe inflammation in the head area. He was then sent to another clinic by referral as an emergency. Just unbelievable that you are just sent away. Unfortunately, this was not the first time.

Kudos to the staff in the registration. The ladies were extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. This is no longer "commonplace" and should therefore also mentioned once with praise Thank you very much
