the manager is not friendly neither with the customers nor with these employees. if you are not German and you are tourists you are not welcome to this place. poor English levels. Almost 15 minutes for a simple fries without sauces and cold. welcome to Europe!

Called the service line at 19:00 on 23.08.20 in Trier. Was informed that the delivery time would be at least 1 hour and 30 minutes. Thats fine by itself, the streets get busy and things happen. I informed the person taking my call that the wait was too long, thanked him for his time and hung up. I discussed the situation with others and decided that we had good experiences with KingzPizza before, and that we would take the wait into account considering the quality we have received in the past. I called back, and was instantly greeted with "oh i thought you wanted to call somewhere else." I informed him that we had changed our minds and he kept bringing up the fact that I wanted to call elsewhere in an extremely rude and condescending manner and tone. At this point I no longer felt comfortable with ordering food through

Best pizza in Trier! Do not order from anywhere else! Good choice of toppings!

Unique style, friendly staff and fantastic food! Delivery times are a bit long but the food arrives hot and delicious so not complaining. Can only recommend!
