Standard subway, always a pleasure to come here.

Fresh baked bread and veggie patty is just awesome..

I was there today in the late afternoon. The sun was out, Friday evening, the city center full. Despite the obvious fact that there will be quite some people out (which the competent management should expect), there was only one guy working!! I admire him, as despite the fact he was completely busy and the restaurant was full, he made a very good sub and served it with a smile on his face! :) however, it was quite obvious that this is a modern slavery, as obviously they are lowering their costs while exploiting their workers. It would be nice to see the bossess helping him, specially as you dont need to be really intelligent to see that there will be a crowd in the city center on the hottest day of the week. Since the management has time and writes back on other peoples bad reviews here, it would be smarter to actually stop sitting behind their computers and go help their workers for a change. While I was there a lot of people also left, as the line was just too long... Despite the fact that the guy was super nice and his sub amazing, i will never ever cross the door of this Subway again, as I will not support modern slavery. Subway restaurants in other cities seem not to be under staffed - something which the management should strongly think about. Hope someone reviews their Subway license soon!!

You get the regular experience, the staff was friendly. Nothing more you can expect from a fast food chain this big.

I'm honestly a tad surprised these guys still get away with benevolent reviews lately. Last couple o' times we've been here, the staff had major difficulties linguistically processing the order at all (i.e. german). I'm tired of having to micromanage every step, let alone repeating myself dozens of times while gesticulating like a maniac. Needless to say, no one wishes to work for minimum wage but I'm absolutely certain a customer-oriented restaurant such as Subway, cannot expect to make it's formula work by hiring mostly horribly underqualified staff. Underqualified for Subway. Let that sink in for a moment. There's also a slight inconsistency with the hygiene and quality as far as I can tell, which ought to never be the case with this franchise. No hard feelings. Just my 2¢.
