We moved the Knaf company to East Frisia in June. The planning of the move, including packing the entire household, was realistic and convinced us. The cost estimate was adhered to. Friendly and competent team. The move was carried out to our complete satisfaction.

This moving company is absolute top. Competent from the offer phase to the implementation of the in-house move. We booked the lifter, which was a great thing. The furniture items neither had to be dismantled nor carried through the stairwell. The employees performed their tasks professionally and very friendly to our complete satisfaction. We can unreservedly recommend this moving company.

Without words how chaotic and badly organized this company is. Nobody can be reached and nobody knows anything when you reach someone by phone and emails are never answered! I could give zero stars right away! Briefly about my experiences: last year we had water damage in our house, which meant that all the furniture had to be dismantled and temporarily stored until the screed was dry again. Our insurance company works with this company. After the work in the house was finished, the company in question came and delivered our furniture. Our dining table was not dismantled for transport or storage, which meant that it was completely destroyed on delivery and could no longer be used. After a long back and forth we were transferred the remaining amount for the table even though the table in front of it had neither visible defects nor damage. A 2nd table top was also badly damaged by storage or transport, it was brought to a carpenter who allegedly repaired the table top "like new". There are still scratches on the sides! Unfortunately, I did not check the table top immediately on the 2nd delivery and trusted the statements of the employees who supposedly checked the table top together with the carpenter ... Well. The worst for last. We have been waiting for the legal damage to our kitchen to end since March. Just like the table, our kitchen was in perfect condition before dismantling. Several side panels and fronts were damaged. Covers are missing, screws were incorrectly installed or newly drilled. And for all damage it always says that it was already or that was the kitchen fitters from the first delivery. You are just being fooled there! Everything should be improved with a retouching pen which, however, does not help with damage where pieces have broken off, but only when there are scratches. I'm waiting until today for the silicone to close the panels on the wall and ceiling! A ceramic worktop in the kitchen also broke, this was also replaced, so woooow at least one thing without much discussion! All in all I can only say who really hires this company needs a lot of patience and shouldn't put too much emphasis on their furniture.

Moved quickly, competently, without complications. I'll come back to Knaf for the next move, that's for sure. Thanks to the team!
