Absolutely smooth, very professional and above all very friendly moving company with very friendly staff. Our move was absolutely without problems. It feels right in good hands while certain wishes and requests are taken into account. It could not have been better. We had a move from one city to the other with a distance of about 500km and it went off without any problems. The company responds flexibly and reliably to customer requirements and all at a very fair price. When moving, I would always recommend EZT. Our experience was more than positive. Top. :)

The clearing out and storing was still quite professional. When the furniture was brought in after storage, the condition of this furniture was clean. Damage to the bed, some real pieces of wood broken out but then came the blast when they were done and I asked where our garden lounge would be worth € 400. Nobody had a real answer because apart from 2 cushions in the lounge there was nothing. Then they wanted to check and report. It was stupid of me that I should pay everything in cash in advance and did not have the sum given back as security. After waiting almost 4 weeks now and asking questions, I handed the whole thing over to my lawyer. That is not possible at all. If only things were put off, things wouldn't be gone they weren't in the warehouse yet ... I suspect that the factual level no longer exists ... my lawyer will find out for sure. For me a rip-off company!

How can a company survive such a customer engagement! Contact request -> after more than one week only announced -> appointment made for inspection -> not appeared! On inquiry no apology or other -> furniture by telephone with appropriate number of floors, wanted to create offer -> after 3 days still no offer there, on inquiry: I send tonight too! -> next day call: which pieces of furniture are to be transported! Unreliable, dubious, impossible, outrageous!
