The two salespeople are overwhelmed with all the customers. More staff would have to be made available here. The waiting times are really too long. Some customers go out of business again because they cannot be served.

Hi,
bought seating more than a week ago and ordered out of stock items. Unfortunately I still have no information about what was promised to me when I made the purchase (when I deposited my phone number). Today at 8.45 a.m. I asked about the bed camp because the employees set up the "exhibition" there. They said I should go after 9:00 p.m. come again after opening hours. Due to time constraints, this was not possible, but I did not receive a message, but also did not want to ask every day.

Customer service from ordering online to picking up the goods in the shop took 1+ 👍 1 hour, then already received an email, I can pick up the goods. There was also a 25% discount. ALL ATTENTION ⚠️
Nice shop with a good selection and very polite staff. The furniture is a little more expensive than elsewhere but is made of solid wood, which is very good.
