Very nice, and has the latest books

5 stars for the "genialokal" online shop, 1 star for the "Erlesenes" bookshop.
In order to support local retail, I have not ordered my books from Amazon in the past two years, but have picked them up genially locally via the online shop and later in the store. I deeply regret that.
I find ordering the concept online and picking it up in the store is great. But it is annihilated by a degrading and insulting saleswoman. Here are a few examples:
Question from me: "Is there a 3rd part for the book?" Answer: "Well, you bought it, you have to know that."
Question from me: "Is this the current edition, according to the shop, the book should only be delivered in 3 weeks?" Answer: "Do you want it now or not?"
I also waited several minutes with other customers at an empty cash register because the sales assistants preferred to chat about their vacation. There was an answer to the comment ("Sorry, I would like to pick up my books"). "You see we're talking." Two customers left the shop on it. The bookstore is apparently doing well enough, it doesn't need sales.
Here you are a disruptive factor and not a customer.
I must admit that I rarely enter a bookstore. The Internet ....
You know. But I used a hiking map at short notice and also got it in the shop. That's why I can not fault it.
