Very good advice and great service. As usual in specialist shops, prices are not for the small budget. I've been a customer of the Ehrhardt Group for a good 10 years, which I think speaks for itself. I would particularly like to highlight Mr. Schwabe again, who tried very hard to find the right solution for my wife and me and was able to hand over two new vehicles to us in the last 4 weeks with which we will be well equipped for the next few years. Repairing my sheet metal damage on my Seat: I only got an appointment after 3 weeks. Ok, I just see one because of Corona. When the time came and I wanted to swap my car for a rental car on the day of the repair, suddenly nobody knew anything about the agreed date. Too bad. Somehow you managed to organize a replacement car so that I could return my car after waiting 30 minutes. The lady at the front desk was also very unsympathetic. Repair was carried out professionally as far as possible. Service unfortunately 0 points. Okay, you've cleaned up my car. 👎
