As long as I was a customer in this shop, I never had anything negative to complain about the service in the sales area, just like with the ladies at the checkout. If I calculate correctly, it was a public holiday three days ago and the shop was closed. So it wouldn't have been possible to buy anything on Saturday. If this was a long time ago, why write a negative review later when you have found the service so negative? There is always something to be clarified in service in order to bring about improvements. Maybe you just think about it before you judge.
