At this point, I can only evaluate the competence on the spot, because I was only concerned with the replacement of a key. The creation was fast, the costs were very good at just under € 4 per key.

Typical emergency: key broken off in the main entrance door. Wild head cinema of criminal key mafia and picture-perfect rip-off. Mr Fröhlich called, factual conversation, that went on that same evening (which he did not promise on the phone yet), built lock cylinder from, repaired (!) It for € 7.98 (!), Made a new one Key, and the next day the damage was fixed. Including 2x access to a suburb of Ilmenau no 35 €. Good obviously does not have to be expensive even today. I thank the company for the super service and wish all key customers of the Ilmenau area my happy hand in the selection!
