You have nothing (more) of the panoramic view. Left and right are just trees. But the way is the more comfortable way than the shorter one. When you get to the top, you haven't been able to go up the tower for a long time, but you also have such a great view.

Really nice and worthwhile to run it completely from start to finish.! It is a rated hiking trail with strong cultural demands and substantial ascents and descents, and there is also a lot of work involved, although you might think that nothing has been done here and there for a long time (hardly any money available and political will for a beautiful Ilmenau with its abundance on circular and regional hiking trails.) A difficult mountain hiking trail like this one is not easy for everyone to do and not as easy to walk as an English landscape garden or a city park in any city. Nature just unfiltered and still a little bit "OSTDOITSCH
