In the personal F2F advice really pleasant and as far as I can tell, also competent. Unfortunately it turned out to be "hot air" afterwards. Zero feedback despite nice multiple requests.

Have returned car from leasing: Cost estimate repair damage was over 4000 €, Damage according to a specially commissioned expert opinion less than 2000 €, the appraiser earns money, we save, trust falls by the wayside. For me it is unfair to want to bring the vehicle to a new condition at the customer's expense - and not in a condition corresponding to the age and km!

In my opinion a very good dealer !! I've been driving my Volvo V40 for almost two years now. Initial vehicle problems were sought and later resolved. The workshop showed itself to be persistent and with the absolute will to solve the problem. I was taken seriously as a customer, although I had to audition several times because of the same defect, since this defect was extremely rare. I am personally addressed and greeted by name, even outside the dealership. Furthermore, I am always offered a coffee when I open there. I am very happy with this dealer and he definitely won me over as a customer. I will definitely buy my next Volvo there again. Note: This review reflects my personal subjective opinion and does not claim to be complete!

We had with our older S80 replaced the throttle (even). Unfortunately, it did not work properly because it obviously had to be "trained". So we came to "Markeli and Langlotz". The master said that the whole software for several hundred € must be re-recorded. A week later we were in Cologne an update for 30 € and the thing was done. Our conclusion: If you want to spend much more than necessary, you are in the right place at "Markeli and Langlotz".
