Whoops! They still exist. Friendliness and competence. To check a problem, I got an appointment at short notice in the workshop. Mr. Rothausen gave me friendly and nice advice. There was a great coffee in the waiting time. Really nice. The car was checked in the workshop and handed over to me after a short wait. Such a workshop is fun. Keep it up!
Skoda company Stein in Gummersbach:
In this way I can only recommend the Skoda plant in Gummersbach and my salesman Udo Prinz. The further journey to NRW for the new vehicle was fully worth it. Here, time is competently taken for the customer, whether for advice, ordering or a test drive - other Skoda dealers could cut themselves off here :)
The delivery of the vehicle was also great - many thanks to Mr. Udo Prinz for the effort and time!
After we had a less good experience with another branch of the stone group, it was almost impossible to buy a car. Finally we went to the dealership in Gummersbach and met Mr. Prince there - our luck! It was not just the friendly nature that convinced us: Mr. Prince is honest, competent and absolutely reliable. Over the years you have already had your experience with "sellers". Here you will be pleasantly surprised. All agreements were met and communication was always quick and, above all, in terms of content as required. Mr. Prince is an "old hand". He understands what his customers want and simply thinks of everything. Many thanks for that! And before I forget: the price was good too. The journey was worth it. If it goes on like this and complaints go well, the next car will definitely be bought here again.
