Not customer oriented. Had an appointment to change glow plugs. Unfortunately a glow plug broke off. So I wasn't allowed to drive any further because they couldn't get them out. I should have my car towed and have it done somewhere else, as no one could / did not want to help me here. In terms of price, they have not met me when it comes to replacing. I have definitely been lost as a customer!
