Disastrous work is being done there. This "gold jewelry" is no longer worth, and above all does not last longer than cheap costume jewelry. The following were purchased: - Armand: the balls kept coming loose - Ring: it just burst open - Chain: was extended there in the shop. But it was accidentally soldered in a much coarser piece. Simply straight to the competition. In the end you pay that much here. Because you have to pay for the repairs yourself

My new bracelet was shortened twice incorrectly. As a courtesy, I should only pay the first cut, although the service has still not been performed. Greatest insolence I have ever experienced. My sister should have her baby for the next few days, if not even today, as a gift she should get gold from my mom, among other things. Before the Corona period, my mother had agreed with the "nice" worker that my mother would only pay the € 30 and then pay the remaining € 120 later. A month ago, however, the woman did not want to hand over the gold piece because of Corona. So far understandable. When my mother wanted to give up the rest of the money this morning and also wanted to collect the gold, it was suddenly said that the price should rise to € 220 because the gold price had apparently increased. Of course my mother disagreed and explained the urgency of the situation. The seller did not want to hand over the gold and insisted on an increase in the purchase price ... The purchase contract had already been made verbally and in writing (everything fixed on a receipt). Damn rude! If I didn't care more about being there for my sister now, I would use the time for a lawyer ... Impossible !!!!
