My Sabo mowers run like the VW Beetle. Runs and runs. 1 mower over 20 years The second in about 10 years

I was there with the truck to unload. Everything went well.

I made a conscious decision to buy a branded product from specialist retailers about 5 years ago. Unfortunately, the expectations of the SABO lawn mower were not met. My model cost about 550-600 € 5 years ago. After 3 years there was the first defect. The local specialist dealer repaired the damage. After less than 2 years the knob shaft is now defective. This resulted in gross damage of more than € 380. The specialist dealer on site confirmed to me that the damage was caused through no fault of my own or operating errors. The dealer had never even seen such a case in the past 20 years. So I assumed a customer-friendly solution for this Sunday model. I then contacted Sabo. The support replied promptly and offered me a cost share of € 100. So you don't keep a wealthy clientele! My request for cost sharing was contradicted. I will choose one of the many competitors and hope for more goodwill in the future to meet customer expectations.

Unlike many other companies, Sabo still delivers quality. You do not rest on the successes of bygone days or try to optimize the result with the crowbar. Good old German virtues that lead to success in 2019. The automotive industry could cut a slice.
