No, Travel agent doesn't even begin to describe it. Travel specialist, expert, the one and only for trips of all kinds! What else can I say: once a result work, always a result work and Stefan Dietz!
And now let's be honest - I travel comparatively often and regardless of whether it was Aida, individual Asia trips or package tours, Stefan not only finds the best offer, but the individual advice is also right. The focus here is on long-term customer relationships and not on fast business. I say "I want to go to Mallorca" and he recommends the Canaries ... 2 weeks before Mallorca was declared a risk area. Certainly this is not a guarantee of safe travel in this new reality, but an example of the good nose, experience and kind of honest advice that one would want.

By far the best travel agency in Germany, and I deliberately lean far out the window.
Book for years now only in the Erberbniswerk. In addition to huge expertise, you can expect friendliness here (not fake), and in case of need, if all else fails on site, a 24/7/365 service from Germany to save your vacation.
The experience had to, or I was allowed to use it myself.
Travel is lived here, you can just feel it.
