Had an appointment on Friday at 2 p.m. to plan a vacation and the travel agency is closed. We waited almost 1 hour in vain 😠 We received the appointment in person in the office yesterday. A number of phone calls are also not accepted. The employee probably had an emergency and I was told by phone and the owner sincerely apologized for the embarrassing incident. We will continue our vacation planning with this travel agency ❗❕✔

I was with my mother at this travel agency to find out about a trip to Dubai. Since my mother does not have a German passport, the travel agent said that she would report the next day and have to ask her colleagues about a visa. I left my number and email address there, but no one has reported until today. She probably thought that we couldn't afford such a trip because we weren't particularly rich, or she just missed it. So definitely look for another travel agency and don't go there!
